Alright Ladies Let me try again this week. Instead of doing my usual jog for 30 min I am pumping it up for 45 min Monday through Friday
. This week is training at my new job so I will be up at 5 am running
. Totally sucks cause I am not a morning person. I am much better at these week by week goals
