Talking Just For Today Challenge, July 8

I have been struggling for weeks. I can't seem to get on program. 57 points yesterday. Yes I logged them so I know how much I ate. And the scales are up today. Are you struggling? Just for today, let's log our food on this thread. We can include water, and exercise too. Just start you a reply and edit it throughout the day. If this seems to help, we can start this thread on a daily basis, until eating properly has become more frequent.

Anyone is welcome to join this challenge.

Anyone is welcome to start the thread each morning if it hasn't already been started. Just state the date in the topic.

I'm sure I will be joining in for days to come whoever starts it. lol.

1/2 cup grapes (30 cal)
7 Garden Salsa whole wheat sun chips (70 cal)
10 Cinnamon Pita Chips (110 cal)
1/2 Cup fat free Cottage Cheese (80 cal)

Today so far: 570 calories

1 mile run
25 minute stationary bicycle heavy speed
Full upper body circuit, 3 sets 12-15 reps on each

Good morning! lol went back to bed for a while but am still on for today!

How do I convert caloiries to weight watchers points? I stay pretty strictly under 1, 246 per day combonation diet/exercise but jeez points would be so much easier!

You can just list your calories if you want. For me personally it seems like 50 calories is one point.

Even though I wasn't totally on program point wise, I too was more motivated than usual. This challenge was on my mind all day. Hope to do it again tomorrow, no matter who starts it. Feel free if anyone beats me here and wants to start it.

Going to edit my eats now.
