Hey all! I just joined this place after randomly finding it on google.

Everyone here seemed nice and helpful.
Lesse.. my goal here is to lose weight( like everyone here! ) I just recently started power walking.. working up a sweat and stuff. And I'm eating smaller, healthier portions. Any tips would be appreciated! I'm a vegetarian.. but am still way over weight.

I've been over weight my whole life. I don't have a scale at home.. so, I'm not quite sure how much I weigh. I think I'm in the neighborhood of 210-215.
