Hello, I'm new.

  • Hey all! I just joined this place after randomly finding it on google. Everyone here seemed nice and helpful.

    Lesse.. my goal here is to lose weight( like everyone here! ) I just recently started power walking.. working up a sweat and stuff. And I'm eating smaller, healthier portions. Any tips would be appreciated! I'm a vegetarian.. but am still way over weight. I've been over weight my whole life. I don't have a scale at home.. so, I'm not quite sure how much I weigh. I think I'm in the neighborhood of 210-215.

    As far as advice goes, I would say you are on the right track with portion control etc, as long as you feel that you can keep it up - you need a plan that won't be a struggle for you (yes such a thing does exist! lol).

    Any more specific advice you need can be found in the different forums, so take the time to look around and get involved - you will be at home here in no time
