Hi...

I had found this site a couple of months back, didn't bookmark it and couldn't find it again.

Now that I've found you, I've joined (obviously) and have it bookmarked.

I'm a member of TOPS. I've been a KOPS.. lost my status and am struggling to get back to goal. I've been at this for 10+ years off and on.. so you would think I'd have a grip on it by now.

I'm hoping with the addition of this forum and my chapter, I'll find as well as be able to give the support needed to get to goal!

KOPS = Keep Off Pounds Sensibly.. or the maintenance part.
