Smile So HAPPY to find this site....
Hello all! My name is Amy. I'm 34 years old, 5'0", and I couldn't tell you my weight because I've been too afraid to get on the scale. Anyway, I promise to do it tonight and let everyone know!

Like many of you, I've struggled with my weight for years - always up and down. In January of 2008 I joined Weight Watchers for the first time and I loved it! It's such a sensible program. I was a member for a year and then just couldn't swing the fee anymore. When I stopped I was very close to my goal weight and for a while had no problems staying on plan but then my mom went into the hospital and the stress just threw me right off track. That was a few months ago and I still haven't been able to get it together. My mom's better now and I'm really ready to get going. This site is so motivating. I love reading all the stories and the before & after pictures, my goodness how inspiring they are!

Well, I just thought I would introduce myself!
