Default I'm Back!
So, I've been gone for about a month & half, I'm sure you've all noticed, haha! But I have went threw a lot and am now in the process of a divorce, which is always fun! I've kinda slacked on my diet, I have not gained weight, but since the middle of December I've only lost 7 lbs. Well it's a whole new day now! I met with a nutrionist over the weekend & worked out a diet plan that will help me continue to lose this weight. I start with my personal trainer tonight after work, which I'm super excited about. The diet alone was just not working anymore, I think my body let go as much weight as it was going to just dieting, so now it's time to kick it into gear, start excercising on the regular & lose this last 40 or so lbs I have left to go to reach my goal. I'm hoping I can reach my goal by the summer time!

EXTACEE! I have wondered about you so often. Way to rock it girl to stay on track. Before I opened your thread I was so anxious to see your weight and how it was going. You are doing so well. Welcome back.

I am so sorry to hear about your split with hubby. I hope all will proceed as well as it can.

I am also hoping to reach goal by summer--I am getting ready to lower mine again due to my (GASP) THIGHS! Yesterday at a shop I saw the swimsuits out already! Wow. Despite my unsightly legs, I am kind of looking forward to the possibilities next season.

Oooh. Rough times. I'm so sorry. Surely sounds like you didn't turn to food though. Which is PHENOMENAL!!!!

That's very exciting about the nutritionist & the trainer! I'm glad you're back and look forward to hearing lots more from you. You were missed!

Thanks guys! I love this site! I've missed the support & motivation that comes with the daily visit to 3FC! I'm hoping to be a "maintainer" before long!
