So, I've been gone for about a month & half, I'm sure you've all noticed, haha!

But I have went threw a lot and am now in the process of a divorce, which is always fun! I've kinda slacked on my diet, I have not gained weight, but since the middle of December I've only lost 7 lbs. Well it's a whole new day now! I met with a nutrionist over the weekend & worked out a diet plan that will help me continue to lose this weight. I start with my personal trainer tonight after work, which I'm super excited about. The diet alone was just not working anymore, I think my body let go as much weight as it was going to just dieting, so now it's time to kick it into gear, start excercising on the regular & lose this last 40 or so lbs I have left to go to reach my goal. I'm hoping I can reach my goal by the summer time!
