Default Dec 19th-21st Weekend Support Thread!

(forgive me if one of these was made already, but I sure didn't see it!)

I don't usually hang around the weekend support threads but this weekend I feel like I need it. Thursday and Friday were both binge days and I'm feeling guilty about it. Must be OP until Christmas!

Saturday: chick fil a chargrilled sandwich with side salad (fat free honey mustard dressing)
dinner: LC Jumbo Rigatoni with Meatballs and one Pilsbury whole wheat roll.

Has anyone else tried those pilsbury frozen dinner rolls that you can bake however many you need? They're already baked and you just reheat them?
The whole wheat ones are amazing! 90 calories, 2.5grams of fat, and (i think) 6 grams of fiber each! They equal one point each for all you WW girls!!

My store manager asked the department manager why I've had such an attitude lately (Uh, dur, TOM?!) anyway she said it was because I haven't eaten anything in six months. LOL.

OMG!!! I love it!

Anyway, I'm glad you did this thread. I needed it. I started out wanting to cheat & then developed a conscience. I'm at about 1400 calories today, so I'll have an apple in a bit & I'm slamming the water. Stupidly, I decided to make Christmas sugar cookies so they are sitting in my kitchen. I had 3 & that's enough - I actually don't want anymore. I'm going to take them to my mother-in-law's later. I need to fatten up my twiggly sister in law. =)

**Edit: about 1600 calories, 136oz of water, 30DS Level 2 Day 7

Leighish, I would tell your boss to go and ef themselves for some reason that comment has rubbed me the wrong way and I am feeling rather *****y because of my TOM too.

I have done sorta decent, I had Cheerios and a banana for breakfast, however for lunch I totally pigged out on a bag of Wavy Lays potato chips. However, I made a WW chicken enchilada casserole for dinner. It probably evened out to about 8-10 points for my dinner. I am going to try not to eat anything else before I go to bed tonight.

I didn't make it to the gym today like I wanted so I guess Monday will be the day I get to try out the new running shoes.

I haven't worked out in days. I don't know why. I always have some reason. I'm tired. I just got home from work. My knees hurt a lot. I'm pmsing.

I need to bite the bullet and do it. I'm still losing merely by the grace of God. Soon I'm going to need to get my butt in gear. I guess with all the holiday hoohah it just got thrown onto the back burner.

Today was my nephew's Christening, so I haven't really done the best eating wise, but I was able to stay just barely within my calorie range. I did have a couple Smirnoff's, but I also drank as much water as I could. I even turned down Market Basket cake, which is the best cake ever! haha....but I also had three chocolate chip cookies and a couple small pieces of peppermint bark, so dessert still killed me

Alright well I have done pretty well. I worked ALL day yesterday so only ended up getting to eat once...but I had a chicken breast with tons of pico de gallo and plain broccoli. Then after work I went out to the bar because my friend's boyfriend's band was playing...had a couple vodka diets and then went out to breakfast at like 2:30am. I opted for just 2 eggs, no toast or anything else!! Proud of myself for that. Although I stayed up WAY too late and am exhausted and going to make sugar cookies today

ick. ive said goodbye to carbs for good this weekend.

i ate some white bread on saturday and 40 mins or so later had a massive hypoglycemic episode, i couldnt talk, vision blurred, heart racing and sweating.

i think if i dont quit carbs i am going to develop diabetes and i will never lose this weight.

I have been doing VERY limited to no carbs for about 2 weeks and am starting to ease them back into my diet. Has helped me control my cravings and lose weight so far. I mean I am almost down 15 lbs since moving home in November

I lost another pound!!! I weighed this morning & I was down to 183. Last week I was up at 185 from my full week of eating junk food, so I guess technically I lost 2 lbs in one week, but I am at the lowest number so far!!!! I am so excited!!!
YAY!!!!
