so today I started off with a piece of french toast, 2 pieces of bacon and 1 egg. Not terrible, but not great... oh and light egg nog mixed with 1% milk.
then we went sledding in our snow storm... the hill was really big and went up and down about 7 times!! Good exercise.. in the blowing snow and cold!!!
Last night too, we had a little party and we did some line dances for about 3 hours!!
So we got back from sledding, which my husband's mom came with us, she's about 50 and she went sledding and had more stamina than me at some points!!! And my husband's dad didn't go, but he had dinner ready..
Chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans.. I just went nuts. I did have the smallest piece of chicken, but it had been so long since I'd eaten, that I just ate more than I have in a long time!!!
But at least it was chicken baked, the potatoes had the skins and the green beans had light butter on them..
