
Hello everybody, I found this site today and look forward to being a member! I've tried to lose weight off and on for the last 20 years but have never been very successful for very long, and end up regaining most, if not all, of it. I had a hysterectomy 19 months ago and just started feeling like myself again this past summer, when I began my "program". I began with just not eating/drinking so much, and for the last month, I've been walking for about an hour 3 or 4 days a week. 15 pounds so far! I'll turn 50 in December, and when I turned 49, I set a goal of "50 by 50". Uh-oh, I've only lost 15 and here it is getting toward the end of September! Can I do it?? Stay tuned, and HELP!!
