So this morning I weighed in at 152. 20 lbs. gone!!! Yay!!!
I was really busy this morning and didn't eat breakfast. By 12:30 I was starving and ate:
A sesame bagel with copious amounts of cream cheese
A chai latte
Half a chocolate bar
That's like 2/3 of my calories for the day. And we're going to a friend's house for dinner. Yikes.
Moral(s) of the story: Eat breakfast. Do not eat lunch at coffee shops. Do not delude yourself into thinking that you can "eat whatever you want" and maintain your weight loss.
tonight ive eaten three home baked cakes....
one piece of shortbread....
one fox cream....
a freddo....
and a piece of chicken and vegetable pie....
OMG!....
lets hope calorie cycling does help boost weight loss....

One day shouldn't kill you. I would say not to be so hard on yourself and to pick up again tomorrow. Sometimes days like this happen and you can only learn from them, understand where you went wrong and try again tomorrow. (But maybe avoid dessert at your friends house and enjoy the rest of the meal. Or not. Either way you shouldn't be too hard on yourself. )
My friend Eileen just had the same thing happen to her. She hit BK and had a whopper. I told her just to chillax and start over tomorrow. I also told her i would pay her to burp on me. lol. Good thing she is a net friend and didnt take me up on the offer. lol.
Chin up chica. We all bend. Don't let it ruin your mojo.
eh...so you screwed up...take it easy tomorrow. And remember, breakfast is the most important meal of the day...because without it lunch is a disaster waiting to happen.
Oh yeah, I've eaten at a coffee shop before too. I used to get TWO slices of Lemon PoppySeed bread and a soy vanilla latte. lets see, thats about 1200 calories, in one meal. yikes. It's all good though. tomorrow's a new day. And who knows...maybe your friend will make something health concious
Today I had a bagel with butter and 2 hash browns and later I had a piece of caramel pecan silk pie...yum...I haven't indulged in that in a while. but I will be working my behind off later cause I have a weigh in tomm morning...
I do that too. I lose more than i expect to that week and i feel like i can eat anything and still lose at least a bit and then i get the shocking revealation that actually, no i cant

Write that down somewhere where you will see it first thing in the morning, and use this experience to motivate yourself to do what you need to do.
Ugh today was a total bust for me too! I had a bagelful and some juice for breakfast, a tomato and cucumber sandwich for lunch and then at work i ate like 1/4 tube of pringles, half a bag of these peanut butter filled pretzel things and then i had some mac and cheese with hamburger at my moms house when i got outa work. oh and i had a full calorie sprite too, i needed something for my stomach at work cuz i wasnt feeling goood. ugh lol
