    I'm going to have to put that on my debit card when I leave the house for work in the morning. That's when I am most vulnerable for those stupid rasberry and white chocolate scones along side my super mocha.
  • Just added up yesterday's calories (what I'd already eaten + dinner last night). It came out to almost 2200!

    Ate a healthy breakfast this morning, about to head out for some exercise. Let's all get back on track today.
