I just started this diet a few days ago. It really is just another low carb diet without really anything new and innovative BUT! It actually made me excited about getting started and what I could eat. I've found other low carb diet books make me feel like...like right before you jump into cold water (anyone who has lived through power outages and hurricanes knows that feeling right before you break down and take a cold shower). You have to do it, you know you need to just suck it up and do it, you really don't WANT to do it, but you're going to make yourself do it.
