Idiot Proof Diet
 

Is anyone on or going on Neris and India's Idiot Proof Diet?

I bought the book and it's very entertaining but it's another low carb diet and I just can't stomach them anymore, they physically make me ill, but the book was humurous and entertaining for sure! :)

This diet was also featured in Woman's Day recently. I saw no difference between it and Atkins.

I'm not a big fan of huge amounts of animal protein so this diet isn't for me.

I just started this diet a few days ago. It really is just another low carb diet without really anything new and innovative BUT! It actually made me excited about getting started and what I could eat. I've found other low carb diet books make me feel like...like right before you jump into cold water (anyone who has lived through power outages and hurricanes knows that feeling right before you break down and take a cold shower). You have to do it, you know you need to just suck it up and do it, you really don't WANT to do it, but you're going to make yourself do it.

The Idiot Proof Diet made me feel like this :carrot: I was going to wait and start today but I finished the book, reread parts of it and couldn't hold off. I was too :carrot: and ready to go.

So if you're considering low carb and want a little jump start inspiration, you might want to pick up the book.
