Hello, I'm Nicki, this is my first post as you can see i would like to say a big Hi to everybody.
I've lost over 36lbs and have been finding very hard if not impossible to lose the rest of my target weight (67lbs) I have heard of the 4 day chemcial reaction diet, i was wondering if anyone has heard of it or got the diet to send me i would be very grateful.
hey great to have you here.. you have done fantastically on your own to this point and should be very proud.. as far as plateuas go something as simple as reducing carbs and having a bit more protien can help .. break it.. there is alot of great ideas on here.. give each plateua breaker a couple of weeks b4 trying the next tip.. and you'll soon be back losing again..
