Post Newbie from Texas

Hi y'all! I'm new here and thought I'd introduce myself!

I'm Christy, 30 year old mama and wife in Texas. I'm a nurse, but only work a few days a month now so that I can stay home with my little man, Aiden who is 13 months and attend school working on my master's to be a nurse practitioner. I'm having trouble losing the weight I gained while trying to get preggie. But have lost what I gained during the actual pregnancy. I'm currently 155 and hope to get back to 125-130 because I am a shawty for sure at 5'0!

Just looking to make some new friends and give/get a little support as I try to get this weight off. I'm not currently on any program but plan to start Metabolic Research in a couple of weeks. Anyone else on Metabolic? Any success stories?

Can't wait to get to know y'all!

Christy

Hi Cristy

Good luck on your journey! I haven't yet worked out what I want to lose in puonds as us Brits work in Stones and lbs, but I think I'm similar height, weight and target!

My Uncle lives in Texas, say Hi!

Default sbdiet

Hi Everyone,
I am a married mom of two from New Jersey. I am going to go on SB diet tom morning. I had Gastric Bypass 2 years ago and lost 132 pounds. Unfortunately, I regained 29 lbs. I am extremely stressed out right now and am an emotional eater. I need to focus on me and get motivated. I really need to do this because Diabetes runs in my family and I was prediabetic before the surgery. My mom , grandmother and two aunts died from complications from the illness. I made a menu plan and a shopping list. I know there is a new supercharged south beach, I have the old book should I get the new one? MRutgersg
