School starts in a few weeks and I decided last week that it is time to get serious about taking off my excess weight. I don't feel good about myself and I know it affects my mood in the classroom. I want to start THIS year out right after last school year where I struggled with depression and overeating AND a failed engagement. I am glad I found this forum and I am going to do a lot of reading today before I decide what will work for me. THANKS FOR HAVING ME!

i am a teacher too and i am on a strict plan to drop 10 lbs by the first day too so i can start the year out feeling great! i know that when i am eating helathy and working out i feel so much better and even think i do a better job teaching because i am so much happier with myself. when i am not working out and eating bad i find myself losing patience with my kids much easier. you can do it.
i also love getting dressed up for school and wearing cute little outfits and this year i am working with this guy i was sort of dating and hope that once we start working together it will turn into something more serious so that is added motivation to stick to my plan to look good!
