Default Happy Hump Day!!

Well its Wednesday!! We've made it through half of the week. Congratulations to everyone who has lost weight.. and keep going to those of you who have gained or stayed the same!!!

It's a gorgeous (although cold!) morning here... I've managed to already drink 32 oz of water this morning (its about 10 am) AND I parked all the way ACROSS the parking lot so that I would get a mini-walk in. (It's 300 steps by a pedometer, no idea how far that is in miles..)

So its a good start to an even BETTER Day. Lets all try to stay on target for our goals... WE CAN DO IT!!!

Good for you ( the water ) That is my problem, i never drink enough water. I try but i'm lucky to drink 64 oz a day and to do that I have to go to the gym where i drink most of it. LOL

And i don't care how far 300 steps is GOOD FOR YOU. I worked at a place that i could do that and never did. I do get my self going and go to the gym for my workout. It helps a lot. Gives me the energy for the day. Then I try to do my house work and play in the yard with my girls.

Hopefully it will start to work

Good for you starting the day with exercise. I have trounle drinking enough water too. I only like it filtered and ice cold so I think I'll keep in the frig a jug that holds a full day's supply and finish it off. Does anyone know how much a 5'2" person should drink?

Well.. the final answer I've gotten from MANY people is that you should try to drink half your body weight in ounces of water every day.

Example: I weigh 284 lbs, so I should try to drink 142 oz of water every day.

I'm going to do it today!! 64 oz down and counting!!!
