either rataouille w/a bit of turkey meat 4/10
snack:

chex mix from machine (bad lala) 4/18
dinner:
asparagus 0
artichoke 0
more cereal 2/20
jicama/pineapple salsa 1/21
ww brownie sundae thingie 4/25
exercise: yoga -2, gym
water; Yup, making up for past sins
vitamin: i suppose
