Hi everyone! I'm so excited to have found this website. I'm Tania from Long Island, NY and I'm following the Flex plan. I joined the WW near me on the 14th and in one week I lost 9.2 pounds. I'm thrilled to be off to a good start. I'm look forward to getting to know all of you and it's great to come somewhere for advice and tips.

Welcome Tania! wow 9lbs in a week? that's great! i lost 4 my first week cuz of water weight. hope you like it here. there a lot of people on this site with different experiences and insight. it has helped me a lot.
