Caught another little cold thingie, not too pleased.
Weighed in this am- down .4, hopefully most of this past few weeks of clean living will manifest itself as a loss on the scale.
breakfast:

sushi at 10:30, v. nice lala 5
broccoslaw w/ginger dressing 1
2 ff weiners (rubbery things) 1.5
just 2 pts bar 2

definitely artichokes

definitely, not sure what
water: yup
exercise: so far, 1 hour yoga, probably a 34 min/3 mile run this evening
vitamin: yup
