Well I'm "back in the saddle again..." Morning - 5 bagel - 4 , cof - 1 Midday - 7 Alright change of mind... garlic chicken - 4, salad drsg - 1, rice - 1, grapes -1 Evening (avail 13) wine - 2, rest can't remember but op Total - 25 Ciao Bellas! Patch |

Caught another little cold thingie, not too pleased. Weighed in this am- down .4, hopefully most of this past few weeks of clean living will manifest itself as a loss on the scale. breakfast: corn bran, cherries, choc chips 6 coffee w/1&2/1&2 1 vitamin c drink thingie lunch: sushi at 10:30, v. nice lala 5 broccoslaw w/ginger dressing 1 2 ff weiners (rubbery things) 1.5 just 2 pts bar 2 tea dinner: definitely artichokes leftover something else snack: definitely, not sure what water: yup exercise: so far, 1 hour yoga, probably a 34 min/3 mile run this evening vitamin: yup |
