Hi laurel. I see you're remaining faithful to the journal - good for you. I'm not doing too badly with food choices, but can't seem to bring myself to write anything down .

And where is myra? Now that you mention her, I realize it's been a while since we've heard from her.

Guess lala is out of the country (again) and Melissa is off today. Kinda lonely around here...

Faithful to journalling? A little bit. Good food choices. Not really. It's a battle of the emotions nowadays, and they seem to be winning. I tried a little weight lifting and managed to mess up my shoulder...bah humbug!!!!
