Hello.. I am seeking some few online buddies/friends to share the non diet method efforts with me. I have been doing this past Summer and I thought I was doing great that I had a rapid loss...due of my daily scale habit....which am going to weigh in monthly and being patient on this.
I weighed myself this morning and am at 370 and I promise myself that I won't get on the scale for a monthly basis...and during my wait on weigh in.. I will eat healthy and continue on on my fitness videos.
A few buddies on my efforts would be great. PM me , am usually on this site daily/lurking and a online friend can be helpful...
