Non Diet Method Buddy(s)
 
Hello.. I am seeking some few online buddies/friends to share the non diet method efforts with me. I have been doing this past Summer and I thought I was doing great that I had a rapid loss...due of my daily scale habit....which am going to weigh in monthly and being patient on this.

I weighed myself this morning and am at 370 and I promise myself that I won't get on the scale for a monthly basis...and during my wait on weigh in.. I will eat healthy and continue on on my fitness videos.

A few buddies on my efforts would be great. PM me , am usually on this site daily/lurking and a online friend can be helpful...

I'm doing the non-diet thing, too, and have reaching a screeching plateau. I'll keep tabs with you. :)

Great Idea!
I am non-dieting to!
When i diet; whether it be Weight Watchers, Atkins, Calorie count; my mind gets crazy and i constantly dought the diet and I mess up anyways.

I now eat what ever i want, but I include LOTS of veggies and fruit with it (when i can).
I still eat "sinful" things. I try to limit it to once a day and stick to a portion..

I just made "date nut bread" to have with my breakfast coffee. I made it with half whole wheat and flax flour. Turned out really good!

Where will this thread be? I dont think we can keep in in the Introduction section? Maybe a MOD can move it?

Sounds good to me also. Although I track my food on fitday and work to stay within a certain caloric level, I don't consider myself on 'A DIET'. I'm looking at this as healthy changes that I can sustain for life. I know I can't eat cake and cookies and burgers every day and have the level of fitness and health that I want but I also know that occassionally, I WILL have those things. My job is to balance it out so that I can have the life I want.

I wonder if a monthly thread would work...like the chat threads?
