That's Red 1.
Plain Red is one less starch and one less dairy.
Typically plain Red is used for roughly 100 pounds above ideal weight or for us gym rats that work-out 5+ hours a week.
Red 1 and Red 2 are if you have more than a certain amount of weight to lose. I'm gandering at one point you'll move down to Red then Purple, Gold, etc if you keep on progressing.
