Confused with Red and RED1?
Hi Guys and Gals....
Ive already made a few posts and trying to figure out this site... I am on the RED PLAN....but im hearing there is a RED1 also....and dont know if that is what im currently on thru LAWL..... I GET TO HAVE 4Fruit,4Vegs, 2 1/2 Proteins, 4 starch, 1Fat,2Dairy, 2litres of H2O and 2 LALITES (or LUNAS) per day..... Does anyone know if this is red1 or just plain red....and either way what is the difference between 1 and regular? im totally confused.... thanks MizzT |
That's Red 1.
Plain Red is one less starch and one less dairy. Typically plain Red is used for roughly 100 pounds above ideal weight or for us gym rats that work-out 5+ hours a week. Red 1 and Red 2 are if you have more than a certain amount of weight to lose. I'm gandering at one point you'll move down to Red then Purple, Gold, etc if you keep on progressing.
