Breakfast: 1/2 a banana (oops! meant to eat nothing before WI) (1F)

Lunch: Pizza (CC) and big salad (1P, 3V)
Snack: Orange & V8 (1F, 1V)
Dinner: Slimdown & lite (1P, 1S, 1L)
Evening: Toast with cream cheese and SF jam (1S, 1Fa, 1F)
