Snacking on Halloween leftovers (still there!) 3/13

D:
Progresso chicken noodle soup 3/16
1 cup skim milk 2/18
Steamed veggies 0/18
Couscous 5/23

Water:
80 oz plus

Snack:
Leftover sucker from Halloween 1/24
Way too many sunflower seeds 6/30

Exercise:
Treadmill for 2 miles

No, Laurel, I didn't, so naturally I had to get right back into my routine as soon as I came back - creature of habit, I guess!

yep - wonton soup - 6pts - I slurped the whole thing!

Evening (12 est)
pork loin - 6, potato - 3, bok choy - 1, skinny cow - 2

Est Total - 25
vits - yup
water - must do!
