Angry points help

Recently I read about counting points beginning with the evening meal and how it helped several WW members. I lost that information. Would you please post it again? I believe that it would be helpful to me. If you cannot post it again. Please e-mail it to me. Thanks retiredteach

I hadn't seen retiredteach's post when I started the thread "Changing the definition of a day." If anyone has the info to which she's referring, I'd love to see it too. Thanks.

It's relatively simple. You start your day say at 5:00 pm with your points range and start subtracting what you eat from then until 5:00 pm the next day. In otherwords your breakfast meal wouild really be a dinner meal.

To learn more try looking at this thread from Dotti's http://pub38.************/fdottisweig...icID=127.topic

The concept is obviously self-explanatory. Guess I thought retiredteach meant she'd seen some more detailed information...perhaps about people's successes with this method, pitfalls, etc. If anyone has any stories, would love to hear them.

HI ,Go to the board here called weight watchers general, and find the post that says : Finally found something that works". There are lots of successes here. I started that post and have been really successful with this concept. Take a look..
