Good plan Melissa! Sarah,,its going to take me a long time to get all my weight off..so im in no rush! Ive fallen off alot of times too but keep getting back on.

congratulations to everyone for doiing so well. this is the first time i've met one of my goals here. i have done 20 extra minutes so far and will go to water aerobics monday and earn another 60.

i hope all of you reach your goals. i can't tell you how happy i am right now. finally--i have been successful. life is good.

Yeah, my goals were unrealistic, especially considering the way I've behaved! I think my July exercise goal is reasonable and I believe I will accomplish it!!

i think you're right, melissa. you and i seem to self destruct with the weightloss goals. maybe if we concentrate on the exercise and just "do our thang", the weight will keep coming off.

good success to you on the july exercise goal. i need to go change my tracker to set mine for july. i'm going to set it for 200 per week. i'll get 180 per week doing water aerobics and can do 20 min other stuff each week. now if i miss a wa class, i'm going to have to hustle, aren't i?

I'm so glad that you have found the water aerobics and like it so much. That's great. You'll be ready for a bikini in no time.
