Sheila, that sounds so good. Is there a recipe out there for hummus?

I've seen edamame. What exactly does it taste like?

Boy it's really hard to describe. Mild flavor kind of like a moist sunflower seed or pumpkin seed center. Firmer than a bean but not crunchy. Sort of the same texture as the inside of a green bean or snap pea. Give them a try.

Default Love those quiet snacks

I had to find quiet snacks myself, and I discovered that grapes, strawberries, bananas, and sugar-free & fat free pudding (from the box, made ahead of time) is perfect for that.

I hope that helps! Oooops sorry, just realized that pudding needs a spoon.

Eating nuts? I know they aren't Core. I always rely on them as a filling snack. Does anyone eat them and count them against Activity Points? Or do you think I should just live without for this week? I am back on Core for at least 3 weeks to get these pesky 5 pounds (back) off.

Sandra. I think DH and I are the only ones who snack during class. I don't know what's up with that. We are the youngest ones there, maybe everyone else has more stamina than us though?

Thanks for the continued ideas you guys. I think this is helpful to everyone.

Elana, I don't think most of us here keep up with our Activity Points. It would be up to you as to whether or not you can keep up with all of that math.

Saundra, I have had those on salad before and they were very tasty.
