a little over 20 minutes on the gazelle tonight
played with Murphy outside earlier in the day (including wrestling him away from a fenceline where he was "fussing" with some other dogs--that got my heart rate up! )
Well, I was slow to start but I'm on the right road now. For the last two weeks I walked 2-3 times on the treadmill each week (I promised two); I drank at least 8 eight ounce glasses of water before dinner (accomplished) and I have tracked my 35 WPA's religiously for the last 2 weeks. Down 1.6 which isn't great but it's better than nothing!
