TribeFan is right. Core is a lifestyle change. It's definitely not for everyone, but for someone like myself who was engaging in bad eating habits that were very detrimental to myself, Core is the right program. I have eliminated sugar from my diet (save for the occasional treat) and don't eat anything unless it's Core. I don't waste my WPA on junk food, instead save them for things like bread, certain salad dressings (like caesar - blech can't stand FF ceasar), and alcoholic drinks (should i get a craving). I feel like I'm really on the verge of turning my life around. Sure I give in to temptation every once in a while, but I find on Core, with the elimination of those tempting foods from my household, it's limited. I only splurge on the things I set out to splurge on, if that makes any sense. I'm not constantly tempted by foods that are risky for me, if I want something bad I have to go out and buy it (which in turn makes me really consider whether I want it or not).
Core is hard, don't get me wrong - but it's as hard as any diet. I think, for myself, Core will be better in the long run. I've lasted longer on Core (my 2nd time around, set aside only by illness) than I have the 5 times I've been on Flex (where I have just given up).
You'd be amazed at how many recipes and foods can be altered to be core, as well!
(Sarah=super spokeswoman for core, it seems

sorry for the crazy long paragraph at the top hehe)
