Monday Menu, January 30, 2006
Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, splenda
Lunch: Big Salad with mixed greens, charbroiled chicken breast, avocado, red onion, tomato, cucumber, carrot, hardboiled egg and FF honey dijon.
Snack: banana
Snack: 2T Smuckers Natural PB (5 points) and a Royal Gala apple. I swear I do not know why I'm craving PB so much. Must be the MIA TOM. I also didn't know it was 5 points until after I'd eaten it. I would have tried to have been satisfied with 1T.
Dinner: Texas Roadhouse - Grilled Pork Chop (no butter), small sweet potato (cinnamon, splenda, smart balance), fresh steamed cauliflower with smart balance (points)
Snack: Hot tea with skim and splenda
