Breakfast: egg, diet A&W root beer on the way to work (no Coke!)
Lunch: coleslaw with ranch dressing and boiled shrimp, lt. string cheese (1 pt)
Dinner: HB patty with cheese melted on top, salad with purple onion, feta, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Snack: celery and dill dip
And I'm trying for a minimum of 4 bottles of water
