Good morning....just could not get over the tranformation of the Big 3 left standing last nigh...unreal!!
I just went to the nbc website to read more and there's a link showing many others who have lost....most turned to WW for their weight loss efforts...

Talk about inspiration!!!!!!!!! I know I am and have an even bigger resolve to get this weight off...
Well I want to get back to looking at more over there....
I love that show, especially the fact that they have them do it at home and come back. Anyone can lose weight with a trainer pushing you and someone cooking for you. Living in the real world is the hard part! And I cried too!
