Default What? :/

What on earth is Malt-o-meal? Looks like two of y'all are having it for breakfast, and I have no clue what that is? Is that some special diet food or something, should I invest? Please clue me in! Hahah, Thanks.

It's a hot cereal -- chances are that if you have never heard of it, it might not be available in your area. When my sister lived in North Carolina, she couldn't buy it and I had to ship it to her. It's basically farina with a different taste, but I was raised on it and love it.
