decaf w/light cream (okay added a bit of "real" coffee as I had a very bad night and combined w/losing that one hour I am feeling pretty dopey today!).
B: slice of core cornbread and applesauce (I was running late so I had to grab something portable.)
L: Subway spinach salad with grilled chicken and ff honey mustard dressing
S: Fuji apple
D: Shrimp stir-fried brown rice
