I just got back from my WW meeting. I am happy to say I lost 7.2 this week. This brings me to a total of 12.8 lbs gone!!
I am starting to feel so much better and my clothes are starting to fit right. I can't wait to get to my next size. I need to start looking for recipes and I just bought the Turn Around Cookbook. I need to start adding new foods to my daily menu before I get bored. Does anyone have any good recipes for fish and seafood? I am also looking for a Core spaghetti sauce type recipe to have with my whole wheat pasta. I hope everyone is having a wonderful week.
