Todays cunning plan
B - oatmeal, raisins and p. b (points) and milk, coffee
S - fruit (grapes)
L - sardines with egg on toast, salad greens with oil and balsamic
S - smoothie
D - beef soup and pudding (tons of veg in the beef soup)
S - fruit if I want it
Looks good so far I think, lets see if I can do it.
Last night I had a late dinner and then wanted to have a cereal snack in the evening, but I wasnt hungry, so I didnt have one. You know what, I didnt' die. Getting over this wanting food instead of being hungry is hard. ANy tips
