Default gained on core first week

should I try another week or go back to flex. I am fooling around with the same 3 or 4 lbs up and down up and down. Did this happen to anyone else?
Thanks

I say give Core a month. I was very happy with my results after a month. There are always few small weeks and then some big ones. I only gained after Christmas though. If you stay on Core, I would suggest that you weigh and measure for a week to be sure that your portion sizes aren't too big. May you don't have the eat until you are satisfied part right yet.

I know that must be discouraging, Kally. Judging from the menus you posted this week, you were eating on track. I think your rate of loss depends a lot on how much you have to lose also. Lisa, Vickie, and I think Kierie right now have been experiencing slow losses so they might be willing to give you some pointers. I've been tracking my points this past week just to judge for myself how much I'm eating on Core. I've been surprised actually by how many points I have been eating so a slower loss is probably going to be the norm for me too. I think WW encourages you to try Core for 2 weeks before switching back to Flex so you might want to give it another week. Good luck!

I have the same 2-3-4 pound losses and gains too, but it's because I allow too much cheating. Are you sticking with the plan?

I have gained all 6 weeks I tried core but it is was because I was over eating. I didnt' feel satisified eating what I had and ate more. Yes my fault but I feel more satisified basically eating the Core foods and following points/portions.

But in reality I tell everyone to try something new for at least a full month before going back.

One thing I'm pondering doing
is taking the get out of jail free card this week (the no weigh in meeting) and doing both Counting and Core eating I think that I have gone a bit overboard and I think I'm doing too much tweaking

I think I might have to put popcorn on the back burner for a while. do you find it affects your weight? (maybe the salt) I have a feeling that I am getting too many carbs and not enough protein. Any ideas or advice.

Have you tried www.fitday.com? You can get a very accurate reading of fats, proteins carbs and then see how you're doing???
