This is my first day back on WW and I've decided to use the core plan. Would you guys take a look at my first day and let me know how I did? I had a birthday party to go to and that made it pretty challenging.
B: Breakfast Smoothie w/FFSF Plain Yogurt, 1/2 banana, 1 c frozen strawberries, 1/2 c frozen peaches, sprinkled with oat bran.
2 eggs, scrambled, canteloupe, grapefruit.
L: Grilled chicken salad from Sonic. Counted points for the cheese and Light Ranch dressing (they didn't have FF

).
At party had one small slice lean ham, some turkey, canteloupe, grapes. No cake. (I'm proud of myself for that one

).
D: Grilled chicken breast, plain baked potato with FF Italian dressing; salad consisting of lettuce, tomato, ff italian. Had canteloupe and fruit muffin (recipe from here) for desert.
Got in all my waters.
Got any suggestions/tips?
