B: banana (not hungry)
Snack: Puffed Kumut cereal with FF milk (was hungry later in AM)
L: FF Vegitarian Refired Beans, Couscous, FF cheddar slices, lots of salsa
D: Baked potato stuffed with vegetarian chili and veggies. FF SPicy Monteray Jack cheese. Carrot salad.
Easy carrot salad:
1 bag shredded carrots
1 sm can crushed pineapple in its own juice
1 handful raisins (use less if you want - Not CORE)
1 Tbsp cinnimon (add more than what you think you should- it requires a lot of cinnimon)
