I tend to not eat cereals of any kind except on the occasional basis. I usually do a smoothie or 1 point bagel or English Muffin w/jelly or fat-free cream cheese.
I don't normally eat cereal either, I usually have no-fat yoghurt and fruit, though lately I've been adding some to my diet. It's not no sugar though lol. I'll have cornflakes, or sultana bran or things along those lines. My real favorite however is porridge made with water and mixed with grated apple & cinnamon.
I hate cereal but I'm trying to eat it because I'm so bored of eggs. I tried fiber 1 today but I didn't see it was made with aspertame when I bought it. those fake sweeteners make me sick. I tried Kashi Good Friends and it was better but not core
I eat the mini shredded wheat, shredded wheat biscuits, puffed wheat or puffed rice,
and oatmeal. As we get into winter, I'll rotate cream of rice and hot farina into the mix. I also like an omelet of egg whites with FF cheese in it. Another favorite omelet is egg whites with cottage cheese in the middle. I sprinkle the cottage cheese FF with a bit of Splenda and cinnamon to make it sweet for a change. When I put fruit on the cereal, I am surprised at how I stay full, especially with a full cup of FF milk on top. Good luck everybody.

I never used to eat cereal. But a friend has me hooked on eating "dry cereal" as a snack. It happens to be very satisfying. Some of my favorites are (and all are low in sugar and calories)
Total Protein
Life
Crispix
Quaker Crunchy corn bran
wheaties
king vitamin
carbwell cinnamon crunch
I'm eating 100% bran flakes w/splenda and skim milk for a snack. For breakfast having a smoothie w/milk, tofu, a bit of light cranberry juice, splenda, vanilla extract and no sugar added frozen strawberries and pineapple AND a low-fat whole wheat waffle (1 point).
