I had better buy the Complete Food Companion.
, had to make the best of what I had, but I did NOT cheat.......not once during this. So in essence I did Flex, not meeting the points target and then when I calculated I fell into the Core plan, I did at the end of my day Wednesday use all the 35 pts allowances but nevertheless I did not falter from either program. So yesterday I had a FULL core day and will today too.
