  • Rhonda and Ems, sounds like you girls are having some fun. Right on!!

We're going to Sunday school then coming home to eat then go shoot. Rhonda, we're at Cinnamon Creek @ 2 pm today. That's east off Exit 66. I apologize for not telling you sooner. I've been "in recovery" from Thursday's subbing. My head is just now back on straight. I've been wiped out.
  • Hi Ladies

The wind was howling last night and I forgot to take my flag in and this morning it was twisted and my out door light and a Flying Eagle that I have above my door. What hard job trying to take it down. Not going to put it out until this wind stops.

Otherwise nothing new, except my knee popped in church when I was standing singing one of our hymns. I quickly sat down for the rest of service.,its getting better today but I still going to rest it the whole afternoon. Don't want to resume my PT sessions again.

VICKIE-I hate doing it but its getting too messy down there with all the stuff I accumulated several years ago.

SANDRA-I would have loved to go to the movies this week, but nothing good was playing. My Lady Friend was asking about I'm Number 4 and when I read the trailer to her she said no,this morning we enjoyed each other company at brunch and decided it was too cold to go out this afternoon. I now have 4 empty storage buns for put my winter clothes away once winter is over. I'm going to put the bins upstairs in the bedroom walk in closet and than I don't have to go downstairs anymore only for the laundry.

SLOAN-No today I'm taking it easy, sometimes I have these spurts of energy have no idea where they come from to get excess things done.

RHONDA-Hope you enjoyed the wedding cake,it only one party, its not like a every day occurrence. I agree with your trainer I was on an 11=1400 calorie range and kept at the higher number where my weight came off,but the minute I went down lower my body starting to hesitate and not lose at all so I going back to the 1400 mark.

    Have a great day
  • Lazy day around here. I did make myself get to the gym, then made a big pot of lentil soup (all core) and took dd shopping for her bday decorations. She's going to be 8 next week. Time flies!

Sloan, I've lost and kept off 7 since signing back up on WW online. I think its been 4 weeks now. I'm happy with that. I have been doing 2-3 workouts a week, I try to do at least an hour since I can't get to the gym everyday. The roads have been really bad this winter, so I've been taking my dog for short walks nightly -- at 13 he can't do much more than a 20 minute walk anyway.

We are going out to a great pizza place tonight - I am going to indulge.

    bye.
  • Hi All:

I am so sleepy and DH wants to go out to dinner at an Italian place. I don't like the place too much and hope I can keep myself to eating just a salad.

I went to church, volunteered again at the film festival, watched two of the movies and am now home. My legs are still sore from Friday's work out. I need to stretch.

Maryann, I hope the knee feels better.

Sandra, I hope you did really well today in spite of being a bit worn out this week.

Nancy, I hope it's going well for you and Robin.

Paula, 7 pounds in 4 weeks is great...congrats.

    to all.
