Hi Ladies

Going to being a beautiful day even if the temps went down a little bit.Going out to meet my friends at the Heights beach for a little walking around 3 PM.So that's something to look forward to. Just come home from Sunday Brunch and met my other friends. Going to have a canasta party once, I get home from the Easter Holiday.

My back doesn't hurt this morning but I'm still going to the doctor on Tuesday anyway,and see if he can take a x-ray and see what's going on.

SANDRA-That's a good idea using a 1/2 codeine pill instead of a whole I should have thought of that in the beginning,will call the doctor tomorrow morning Thanks.Those sandwich thins are 100c so that would be WW 2 pts.

Good Morning Chicks! Finally a day without stress. The washer and dryer were delivered yesterday and fit in the allotted space. The dryer had to go over the floor register a bit but the installer said it would be fine. We never open that vent anyway. We need to test them out but we haven't done that yet.

I'm not walking on the treadmill today as my silly hamstring is hurting again. I need an overall rest.

I need to call and check on my Sister. I hope you are all well.

We went to church this morning then out to lunch with about 10 folks. Life is good.

Vickie, I'm glad your washer/dryer fit. That has to be a big relief. I hope your sister is all right.

Maryann, I'm glad you're going to the doctor. I just looked up the sandwich thins. I don't mean to argue, but I used my WW calculator and it shows 1 pt. The thins I was calculating are 90 cal, 1.5 fat gram and 4 fiber grams. Maybe the ones you use may be different. Whichever we use, they are still low point and pretty tasty.

After today I will have completed my first whole week op in quite awhile. I'm anxious to weigh in the AM. I'm actually looking forward to week 2 op.

I think I remember that they recommend a first wash without any
clothes in the washer to be sure there are not any oils/grease from the
manufacturer in the first load.

Ooooppppssss! I did a load of towels. It seems ok. So far so good.

Tomorrow is weigh in and again no movement so far. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Sandra, I think you're right on the thins. They come out lower because of the fiber and low fat.

Sandra, the book I downloaded is "Saving CeeCee Honeycutt". I'm enjoying it, so far. I've been listening while painting by myself. I've only heard a few chapters, but I like it.

Hey Nancy

I've been painting for the past two days. I think I've logged about 14 or 15 hours this weekend. We have one more coat to go in the living room then lots of touch up. I'm hoping the floor will be in sometime in the next couple of weeks. DH hung a few light fixtures and installed a couple of cabinets and the microwave while the painting was going on. Even though we are almost done, it seems like we have so much left to do! I guess I'm whiney 'cause I'm so tired, sorry!

I've got to get in the shower before I fall asleep. Night, night!
