i'm so glad that there are salad dressings and certain sauces (teriyaki, ketchup, etc) allowed on Core.

does anyone know if the Morningstar sausage patties are core?

Hello All,

Chrgrl - Congrats on the loss , Morningstar patties are technically not core, only the crumbles are. I however count them as core. I figure when I get closer to goal and need to tighten things up I'll worry about being stricter.

Wed (11/18)

B: egg sandwich (1pt); banana
L: salad w/turkey burger crumbled on top; mustard vinaigrette
S: pudding cup
D: chicken in a pot pie (2pts); salad
S: popcorn

AP: walk dog 45 mins (3pts)
Daily WPA: 3-3=0
Weekly WPA: 13/35
